I had a GREAT hair day today, which was unexpected because I washed and styled my hair in less than 20 minutes! My technique was simple, I simply cowashed (which is when you wash your hair without shampoo) and moisturized my hair with Giovanni Direct Leave-In. I often use this product to mix up the Kimmaytube Leave-In Conditioner (leave-in conditioner, castor oil, aloe vera juice and jojoba oil), but today I decided to use the Direct Leave-in on it's own.
After I applied to each section I simply sealed with my shea butter mixed with coconut and castor oil and left. Unfortunately, I had the windows down in the car today so my hair blew all over the place and got frizzy in the front. Normally for a wash and go, it's best to leave your hair alone while it dries. The extra frizz gave my hair some volume so I didn't so much care. Today was all about moisturizing my hair while in a hurry, & my Giovanni Direct did it's job!
